Names & Titles of CIM2 elements should be standardized. Titles should be user-friendly (so remove underscores, etc.), while Names should be XML-friendly (so make camelCase, etc.).

Not sure if this should be done as part of the esdoc-mp code that generates QXML, or as part of the "register_cim2" fn which sets up the CIM2 proxies.

This has been done - and is continuing to be done - for CIM2. Therefore, the ontologies to be registered will be standardised. Therefore, this is not a Questionnaire issue.
