Import should cover 2 different use cases:

1) keep a document GUID - in case you just want to fix an error and then republish 2) reset a document GUID - in case you want to use the imported document to seed a brand new document.

workflow...

from a specific project, user (admin?) selects a supported document_type to import
chooses document from local filesystem
deserialize to pyesdoc
convert pyesdoc to QRealization
