Hide ontology from project page. A project should only have a single ontology.

Documentation should be added to the admin interface to recommend (but not require) only a single ontology.

And Q serializations should track project.ontologies.count and change the template accordingly (so that when there is only a single ontology, as @eguil wants for CMIP6, it will be hidden from the project page).

Ontologies have been hidden from the project page. However, this is because I reference everything by document_type and not because projects can only have a single ontology.
