Add the concept of "categories" back to CIM2 models. It will make the rendered forms easier to navigate. And the code is already there to deal w/ them in the customizations.

QConfig can support categories. And the customizer and editor forms can support this. The esdoc-mp generator code that translates CIM2 definitions into QConfig files identifies topics as categories.

It is up to CIM2 authors if they want to add finer category distinctions.
