Add documentation for the "mindmap" functionality of the Questionnaire. Currently this is hidden and not used very frequently. But when folks do want to use it, they will need some instructions.

This includes adding "project" view for CMIP6 w/ some pre-defined mindmaps.

This also includes adding some links to FreeMind & MindMup for a better browsing experience.

The tasks in this ticket have been completed. Further documentation will be handled in a Questionnaire- (rather than mindmap-) specific ticket.
