Labels are not correctly inherited during ontology registration.

For example, an Ensemble Document has no label of its own, however it is a sub-class of Activity and, as such, should inherit Activity's label of "canonical_name".

Note, in the case of Ensemble, "canonical_name" is constrained w/ a cardinality of "0.0", so using it as it's label doesn't make sense.

This was an issue w/ the qconfig generation code; it has now been fixed.
