Ensure sensible redirection after logging out. #69

Sometimes, the page redirects to the index page. It should try to stay on the same page. Failing that the project index page. And only if that fails, the index page.

Also, when redirecting (at least from logging in) the GET parameters aren't always copied over.

Write test for all possible situations.

This is related to #262. And the proposed solution there should apply to this ticket as well.
