Spike to Address Simple Graphical Changes to the Portal

As agreed, @Chandra-TF to add a list of requirements and @silvester-pari to implement what is reasonable in this sprint.

List of suggestions by TPZ UX specialist

• Make individual pages instead of one long page
    ○ If we keep one long page, need to make sure sections are clearly sectioned
    ○ Depends on volume of data
• ESA - Logo?
• Graphic used
• Telespazio and EOX logo more prominent
• In future: WS logos
• Have a contact form instead of link to my email?
    ○ Work forms - not linking directly to my email
• Useful links 
• Have news information
• Have got abstract sections with links to other pages (i.e., read more here)
• Track links and follow path of users on website?
• Add full background pictures
• All external links should open a new tab
• Check errors 

About EarthCODE - Landing Page

• Talk about Mission and Vision - a few paragraphs describing aim of EarthCODE - @Chandra-TF to supply text
• Talk about aimed users - to use what is existing
• Talk about aimed releases - basic schedule
• News at the front
• Clicks to links within text
• Reference to about section for ESA CCI webpage - lots of clear space, clear divisions of sections

Community team - make text bigger overall

• Talk about Governance 
• Mixture of text and diagrams
• Talk about newsletter 
• Have events being hosted

Page interlinking EOEPCA+ and APEx (Interlinked/adjacent projects?)

• Links to those websites
• Cross-team events

Eventually with Portal:

• Have a get started tab, and a docs page
• Link to github?

@Chandra-TF can we expect more detailed information about these proposed changes? Both regarding content (text, images) as well as graphical suggestions to the individual points (mockups etc. which suggest changes, following the ESA brand style).

Further work needs to be done with Silvester to understand graphics needed (resolution, dimensions, etc), so we can liaise with ESA graphics bureau to ask them for additional material

We reviewed this today and agreed: EOX would review the overall approach to confirm it makes senses (initial feedback from Stephan was good) EOX would review and suggest updates if needed to the Sigma user journey, so that the "high level approach" supports these portal requirements EOX would start to implement these requirements for review in the next sprint.

We agreed to discuss this further with EOX, to confirm when they will do a first release of the new portal. We need a meeting with EOX to confirm i) EOX have everything they need
ii) We have provided a response to EOX Feedback on Wireframes (see https://github.com/ESA-EarthCODE/portal/issues/16)

Would it makes sense for you to arrange this meeting given you led a lot of the Portal requirements above?
