What are the differences and connections between percentage of all bands and contamination rate. thank you

The lower the contamination rate is, the smaller number of bands will be annotated as ‘‘anomalous’’, hence carrying important information. Please refer to the paper: https://doi.org/10.1109/ACCESS.2020.2977454
