New Version 0.1

This brings a major change in API, so have a look at the updated README.

General

[x] Add cloud segmentation demo
[x] New, more flexible project structure: adapt IRIS to your existing directory structure instead of the other way around!
[x] New input image formats: numpy, tif, png or jpeg
[x] New mask outputs:
- [x] file format: numpy, tif, png or jpeg
- [x] encoding: integer, binary layers, RGB or RGBA
[x] Add support for thumbnails and metadata (json, yaml or plain text)
[x] New authentication system
- [x] All pages need authentication now

Interface

[x] Make design more responsable
[x] Reduce size of statusbar on segmentation page
[x] Allow up to 4 views now
[x] Add admin pages with overview about users and masks
[x] Add user profile pages to keep track of achievements
[x] Fix blurring of image and mask when zooming

Database support

[x] Add User, Image and Action models
[x] Track modifications and scores of masks

Segmentation - Mode

[x] Automatic merging of segmentation masks of different users
[x] Evaluate the mask of each user and add scoring system
[x] Add suppression filter to make AI predictions more 'smooth'
[x] Fix middle-click functionality in chrome
[x] Use Jaccard index as segmentation score
[x] Extend brightness and saturation filters
[x] Reset view in bingmaps
