iris demo not working in Linux and Window OS #6

This little PR has two small changes:

1. Change jaccard_similarity_score (deprecated in sklearn 0.23) by jaccard_score.
1. Change file by os.getcwd to avoid the ERROR: "cloud-segmentation.json file not found", presented in Windows and Linux OS.

Hi there! John and I stopped working on this and lost access as we were no longer at the organisation hosting the repository. I have now started working there again and can finally merge this request. Thanks for waiting ;)
