I emailed you before but the main point here is that we want to have one container with Rucio, and derive the Rucio + macaroons + DIRAC container from that in stead of two parallel efforts. I hope this will actually save you maintainance work on the longer run.
I think the container would count as UNTESTED for now but it's a good starting point I would say
