Move devops services to escng.com #22

DevOps services should be reachable through a subdomain of escng.com, not pjtracker.com. This would not only look more correct because these services are set up to work with many applications, but would also allow us to use STS for pjtracker.com for increased security. The hostname shouldn't be salt either, since other services are also managed by that same box, something like devops seems more adequate.

I wonder if we can move all DNS config to AWS, even for the escng.com website...

So, we can't move all DNS to definitions to AWS because of the demo apps hosted in iPage, but we can add a CNAME DNS records in iPage for now.
