atmospheric_physics PR NCAR/atmospheric_physics#52 will bring in updated variable standard names that require updates to the standard names in CAMDEN (along with updating Externals_CAM.cfg itself).
Along with that, the CAMDEN config routine needs to be updated so that the new namelist definition files brought in with PR #191 are used independently of the dycore chosen.
