Need to replace references to "CAMDEN" with "CAM-SIMA" #219

What happened?

The NCAR/CAMDEN repo was transferred over to ESCOMP/CAM-SIMA. Thus several Github Action workflows, as well as documentation, now have incorrect URLs or repo references. These need to be updated ASAP.

What are the steps to reproduce the bug?

Look around in this repo.

What CAMDEN hash were you using?

Here is an example, it is not CAMDEN anymore!

What machine were you running CAMDEN on?

Also want to ping @climbfuji, @lizziel, and @thomasahauser that CAMDEN now lives here as "CAM-SIMA". I realized that you probably were booted as collaborators during the transfer, so apologies if that caused any problems on your end.

Also please note that this repo is now public, so you should be to watch it like any other public repo, if you are still interested.

Forgot to add a project to this issue, so the issue-closing script missed it. Will go ahead and manually close the issue now.
