add UT and UQ to cam_diagnostics

What is the feature/what would you like to discuss?

cam_diagnostics.F90 output's most of the resolved fluxes (e.g., VT and VQ), but are missing UT and UQ. We'd also like to output OMEGA^2. There may more missing fluxes we'd like to add, and so we should flesh that out in this thread.

Thanks for opening this Adam. UT, UQ, and OMEGA2 would definitely be helpful to add. If OMEGAQ isn't already included, then it too (not sure if it's missing from cam_diagnostics.f90 or just not part of the standard h tapes). Perhaps not as widely useful, but OMEGAU and OMEGAV will become more important as climate models increase in resolution to resolve conditional instability and the associated conversion from mean flow to mesoscale TKE via these terms.
