Currently, a CESM checkout checks out this cism-wrapper under components/cism, and then the main CISM code appears in a subdirectory, components/cism/glimmer-cism. @whlipscomb and I discussed a while ago renaming glimmer-cism to source_cism. I'm planning to do this in the next day or two.
