Rename gland to gris in grids #58

Rename "gland" to "gris" in grid specification. This way we will consistently use "gris" when referring to the Greenland ice sheet.

Note that this depends on the changes in https://github.com/ESMCI/cime/pull/3943

@Katetc these changes are pretty straightforward, but I thought I'd give you a chance to glance at it if you want to.
