This PR removes support for the Glam dycore (whichdycore = 1), which has not been developed or tested in the past several years. The only dycores now supported are Glissade (actively) and Glide (not actively developed, but retains the functionality of Glimmer).
The changes are BFB for Glissade and Glide, with the exception of Glissade runs with (non-default) shallow-ice dissipation.
