ocean grid area is all zero in FBArea #261

It seems that the area information for ocean component is all zero in FBArea field bundle is_local%wrap%FBArea(compocn). This is raised when testing exchange grid implementation with the UFS weather model. The new UFS atmosphere-ocean flux computation code relies on area of individual mesh elements and all fluxes calculated with aoflux_grid = 'ogrid' is also zero.

It seems that mediator history has correct area information for ocean component.

I checked and the area field is fine. So, I am closing this issue.
