If use_nl_cpl has the following entry: orb_eccen = 1.e40 The nuopc.runconfig file will have 10 addition entries of the following form:

ALLCOMP_attributes::
     orb_eccen = 1.e40
::

cmeps0.13.15 had the following change: Merge pull request #275 from jedwards4b/modelio_to_runconfig

Hmm - I just tried this with cmeps0.13.47 and only see one. Ah I see - the pio change was in 0.13.55, I am able to reproduce the problem now.
