          We talked about this a little more in today's CTSM software meeting. I'm going to just kill the code if nrepr!=1 and use a fixed index for the matrix versions.

[ ] Add a kill statement if nrepr!=1 when matrix is on. Us a fixed index for matrix.
[ ] Add comments in the code
