The nofire testmod for the ctsm_sci tests fail with an error:

Create namelist for component clm
   Calling /glade/work/erik/ctsm_worktrees/answer_changes/cime_config/buildnml
NOTE: LND_TUNING_MODE is clm6_0_GSWP3v1 which is NOT tuned, but is based on clm5_0_GSWP3v1
ERROR: Command /glade/work/erik/ctsm_worktrees/answer_changes/bld/build-namelist failed rc=255

err=ERROR : CLM build-namelist::CLMBuildNamelist::setup_cmdl_fire_light_res() : fire_method is being set while use_cn and use_fates are both false.

Adding the "science" tag because it does prevent certain specific experiments from being run.

Fire should not happen in SP cases. Namelist defaults XML file should set nofire in such cases. Build namelist script should allow user to set that manually as well.
