I don't think that this mizoroute compset should be here - should it?

Yep, that's correct, it should point to MOSART. This is just a placeholder for a compset that's not functional though. I would like to have standalone compsets for the ROF models that enable you to run without an active land model.

Maybe correct the compset long name and add a comment that it is not yet functional?
