Unify ecosys namelist variable names #37

Description of the issue:

From https://github.com/ESCOMP/POP2-CESM/pull/36#discussion_r446146833, @klindsay28 suggests

I suggest that, at some point, we unify all ecosys related nml vars to have an ecosys_ prefix, including changing lecosys_tavg_all to ecosys_ltavg_all.
