add npccn (number tendency) to history file #64

Need to add cloud activation number tendency (variable name NPCCN)

@Katetc - I am trying to add a diagnostic field that will go into cam and I'm not sure what branch to add my code mods to. Any suggestions?

Hi Christina, thanks for this work! You'll need two branches. You can make a branch off of the release/cam branch here in ESCOMP/PUMAS and then you'll need a branch off of our working cam branch which is here: https://github.com/PUMASDevelopment/CAM/tree/katetc/machlrn_camdev_pr2_cac

In the future, you can see where we are working relative to cam_development in the TagNotes.readme file in the release/cam branch.
