Add/remove grids, update tests and namelists. #8

Add grids: wgx3v7 and wtx2_3v2
Remove grids: gx1v7, wtx0.66v1
Update input file names and namelists accordingly.
Update testlist for aux_ww3
WW3DEV -> WW3

testing: aux_ww3.derecho
