Update json2ini script for Karl's recs. #32

PR seems ok to me. Just one comment: Should we consider "experiment" string from CMIP6_experiment_id.json instead of "description" as the experiment "title" into the esg.cmip6.ini file? I understood that from Karl recomendations.

Also, large spaces at the end of the experiment_title map lines is dued to alignment. Cannot be removed.
