Get updated list of binary files needed on mirror for each repo #18

The bash version of the installer would silently ignore trying to copy a file to a local mirror if the file doesn't exist. This fails in Python. Some of the files that are in the list to be placed on the mirror have been deprecated. An updated list for each repo is needed.
