Remove hardcoded mirror urls #433

Throughout the installation script, resources are downloaded from distribution mirrors. In 3.0, some of the mirror URLs are hard coded to the aims1 mirror.

The URLs should be modified to used the esg.dist.url property from esgf.properties.
