Delete python modules from site packages during purge #526

When purging the publisher, there can be leftover packages such as the esgcet and esgprep in site packages. These should get deleted as well.

E.g. /usr/local/conda/envs/esgf-pub/lib/python2.7/site-packages/esgprep
