Add further calculations to tables #148

Alison wanted to see if we could add the following to the tables, should be relatively easy, though I am not sure where the NNS and NNR would go in the current tables.

Overall sensitivity = total number of included refs from searching/total number of included refs x100 Overall precision = total number of included refs from searching/number of refs screened at Ti&Ab x100

Number Needed to Screen, how many do you screen at title and abstract to have one go through to full-text screening Number Needed to Read at Full Text – how many full-text papers do you need to read to find one that goes on to be included

added overall precision. overall sensitivity/recall does not make any sense to include as all source citation files would need to be uploaded for information to be correct. This number would naturally be 100 every time so it has been marked NA. NNS and NNR will add too much to current tables, these numbers should be able to be calculated by the user, it is also possible we make a new table in the future.
