In order to get CS through CRAN in a reasonable time we'll be moving ASySD functions into CS. This should be the last major barrier before submitting and this way there are no dependent packages that are not on CRAN.
The move should be fairly simple and include the move of a single .R file from ASySD
The @TNRiley @kaitlynhair @rootsandberries talked about some of the other items that we'll need to take care of for this move
[ ] update description as needed
[ ] ensure proper documentation so that users understand that these functions were developed as a part of ASySD 0.3.0
[ ] rename functions using a wrapper function - potentially adding CS_ as a prefix to ensure function names are not duplicated with ASySD
For the function renames @TNRiley will see what is out there script-wise that might be able to change(find/replace) text across all package files. These changes would need to be in the .R files, vignettes, etc.
