[!IMPORTANT] This PR builds on #28, merge that one first

This PR adds the process of notebooks/Test_Parser.ipynb as a dedicated test: Note: this test takes >10GB RAM and about a minute to run. Suggestions/instructions on how to make the test shorter are welcome.
