It is probably difficult to confirm, but "it works on my machine". Which, in the context of nix, means it should work on everybody else's as well.

Do you think it's worth the effort of e.g. spinning up a docker container or VM with Nix to see this work, e.g. demonstrated by you in person? Otherwise I think I'll just trust your word for it and approve this PR 🥲

Testing it on a different, fresh system sounds like a great idea. We can do that together.
