ESIP Lab proposal: “Towards End-to-End Prov” Christina/CUAHSI/Working Group will propose an ESIP incubator to fund coding based on Sky’s suggestions on needed functionality. Design to add Prov to scientific workflows and pyProv tool can be added to HydroShare utilities or imported into any conda software environment. Add Flyover Country. #21

@skybristol - Now that the Lab announcement is out, I wanted to follow up with you about USGS data for Puerto Rico and see if that conversation can be used to narrow down the ideas we have to a scope we can propose around $7000.
@mbjones - is there a small initial component of the CSSI proposal that you would suggest we start on?

The Earth Science Information Partners (ESIP) Lab is happy to announce our spring 2018 request for Incubator-project proposals.

For this round of funding, we have identified the following topics as emergent areas of need in the Earth science community, and for this RFP, project proposals that address these areas will be given priority.

Projects have a 6-8-month duration. A typical budget for Lab projects is $7,000, however, larger budgets will be considered with the firm limit that costs may not exceed $10,000. Deadline for submission is May 30, 2018.
