Publish prov for CSDCO #9

Sorry, I don't know what this issue is about. Could you please clarify?

One of the actions noted by Doug stated that, "Doug F. will publish prov for CSDCO working with Tom N. and Daniel G."

@dgarijo, Doug will be creating prov for the CSDCO dataset production. He'd like you and I to look over the resulting files and comment on how the PROV ontology terms are used. He'd like a second opinion on how he structured the Turtle file and if the workflow was described properly.
