Is server available? #2

Hi @linepouchard I am having trouble accessing the portal at http://semanticportal.esipfed.org I can ping the URL however I am not able to reach it using a browser... can you reach it?

After the restart, the Public IP of the instance has changed from http://54.82.225.177 to http://54.161.168.147/
