Curious.. why Rich Results over https://validator.schema.org/ ?

how long has that been there? looks like a better option

validator.schema.org (VSO) is the google-promised implementation of SDTT - a full service schema.org validator. Rich Results Testing Tool (RRTT) validates only the subset of schema.org of interest to google search. Said another way: GSDTT is now VSO on a schema domain
