What does Glacial Region mean? #104

We might transform this into the idea that a Glacier has parts

Preferred term label Glacier or glacier part

Note any changes have to be connected to and resolved with GCMD earth science keyword terms.

Actually the issue is that SWEET doesn’t use part_of or composed_of relationships so they used region instead. To make this consistent with ENVO we should eliminate this term in favor of glaciers having parts accumulation zone, etc.
