Definitions and definition sources missing from phenAtmoFront.ttl #132

During the community workshop, it was noted that definitions and sources for definitions were missing from phenAtmoFront. Given that this is common, a markdown document with recommendations for providing examples of how to do this annotation with at least rdfs:comment. Vocabularies for reference source and alt definitions would also be useful.

Many of the different front types (though not all) already exist in SWEET.
