Syntax errors in dateTime literals [BUG] #206

In phenCryo.ttl and realmCryo.ttl there are a number of date-time-stamps of the form 2020-04-09T10:14:10-08:00Z This is incorrect - 'Z' implies offset 0. It is one or the other, not both.
