Wrong conversion factors #229

Using a comparison of unit ontologies with ABECTO I (ORCID) became aware that the following units have wrong conversion factors:

[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/degrees: 5.72957795E1 (inverse factor)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/arcminute: 2.909E-4 (strongly rounded)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/arcsecond: 4.848E-6 (strongly rounded)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/degreeF: 1.8E0 (inverse factor)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/degreeC: -2.73E2 (offset)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/kilometerPerHour: 2.7777777E-1 (wrong rounding)

Further there might be wrong values at the following units, but I am not able to decide upon without further investigation:

[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/year with 3.1556926E7" vs. 3.1536e7 by http://www.ontology-of-units-of-measure.org/resource/om-2/year vs. 31557600 by http://qudt.org/vocab/unit/YR (probably different definitions have been used)
[ ] http://sweetontology.net/reprSciUnits/month with 2.629744E6" vs. 2551442.976 by http://qudt.org/vocab/unit/MO (probably different definitions have been used)
