Purge unused import statements? #252

Per #251, there are currently unused import statements in individual ttl files. Shall we purge these?

A special case could be made for dctype and dcterm being included in all ttl files. As we ramp up adding definitions from multiple sources they will be used for provenance metadata and potentially reification statements.

This was a pain for a previous task but it's not really a pressing issue.
