Change baseline path from ccsm to cesm, and update ESMF of derecho #117

For derecho, BASELINE_ROOT was set to ccsm_baselines, it should be cesm_baselines. Also update ESMF library to ESMF8.6.0b03.

@fischer-ncar Can you install the corresponding ESMF version for the nvhpc compiler, too?

@sjsprecious it's there, because of the sane way that modules are done on derecho you don't need a separate entry for each compiler.

Thanks @jedwards4b . It appears only available for nvhpc/23.5 but I am using nvhpc/23.1. That is why I do not see it on my end. I will test the new compiler version with the new ESMF version in my PR again.
