Miscellaneous MOM6 and WW3 grid updates.

testing: aux_mom, aux_ww3 test suites on derecho.

Can we merge this in? The corresponding MOM_interface PR (https://github.com/ESCOMP/MOM_interface/pull/173) has also be approved, so we're ready for both. Thanks!
