Prescribed aerosols for CMIP6 forcing #2688

We need new prescribed aerosol forcing files for CMIP6. This should come out of the latest WACCM simulations.

This should go on master, not maint-5.6

Mike Mills is running the simulation needed for this. It was started August/10/2018 and is expected to finish approximately Sep 6th.

These are the three simulations being run. Mike wants to average all three together to get the forcing datasets:

At the cseg meeting on Sep/24th, we decided these need to go on the maint-5.6 branch, as they will go into the cesm2.1 release branch. It's currently slated for: cesm2_1_alpha01c.

The new file is:

atm/cam/chem/trop_mozart_aero/aero/aerosoldep_WACCM.ensmean_monthly_hist_1849-2015_0.9x1.25_CMIP6_c180926.nc

I'm testing with it now.
