Software Version Metadata & Conda YML Files Updates

• Added local github repository version description to NC attributes of grid file
• Added results of conda list --explicit to attributes of NC grid file
• Updated gridUtils.yml to serve as "barbones" version of the grid tool environment, primarily for efficiency of tutorial
• There are no changes to mkGridInteractive.ipynb, it was accidentally added but the only change is the localhost ID output when serving the grid App
• Rough Draft of local_installation_tutorial.ipynb which will be changed after pip install gridtools is created
