Improving pyroms installation: gridgen, gridutils, nn #35

Following on from issue 34 (https://github.com/ESMG/pyroms/issues/34) I note that gridgen, gridutils and nn are all codes by Pavel Sakov that now have corresponding Conda packages, so I suggest taht they be removed from the source tree and their status clarified in the README.

Am I missing something, Kate?

I would propose to go one step further and simply point people to https://pygridtools.readthedocs.io/en/latest/ instead of trying to maintain a grid generation capability in pyroms. Are we doing something that they are not besides the mask editing?

OK. I volunteer to do this but will need to do a bit of study before I am clear on the issues.
