mamba=1.5.7 and 1.5.8 are not showing any more what packages and specs they solve for during env creation; of course, that info is accessible post-facto by running a conda list etc, but it's very useful to see what we have in our env while the env is created. See https://github.com/mamba-org/mamba/issues/3264 - while this is sorted out I am going to add a conda list to our GitHub actions, an alternative would be to use mamba=1.5.6 but we should keep mamba as modern as possible, for env solving purposes
